Refund Policy

Our stores procedures are to check all items before shipping out to our customers to ensure that all items are in order and in good condition.

 

All items sold comes with a 90 day warranty. If you are not happy with the product, you can simply return the product to 82, Jalan SS2/77, Petaling Jaya Selangor, and a refund will be provided.

 

The following conditions apply:

Customers are to undertake the full responsibility for returning the goods to My Monster Marketing. All freight, shipment and insurance charges are to be borne by the customers. My Monster Marketing shall not be liable for any damages or lost of items during the return shipment back to My Monster Marketing.

All delivery charges and other handling fees are not refundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged.

My Monster Marketing shall replace the same items to customers in the event that wrong goods are delivered or damaged that are directly resulted from My Monster Marketing error. In the event that same items/goods are not available, My Monster Marketing shall refund the purchase price of the items excluding the delivery charges in the form of cash or electronic transfer to the customer.

Pricing

Prices displayed are in “Ringgit Malaysia” (RM) or “Malaysian Ringgit” (MYR) unless otherwise stated and subject to changes without notice. Prices stated are for goods, products or items only which are excluding packing charges, shipping charges, insurance or other relevant charges. Where we charge separately for packing, shipping, insurance and other relevant charger, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website or our invoices.

Whilst we try to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have placed the order with us, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be given an option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you are un-contactable by us, we will treat the order as cancelled. In case where you have paid for the goods, we will refund you in full.

Ordering from Us

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process, SMS orders, phone orders or offline enquiry process. We will send you an order acknowledgement via email or SMS, detailing the products you have ordered. This email or SMS will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

 

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order to you.

Payment

Payment for orders can be made by credit card, online interbank transfer, ATM or CDM machine transfer, or telegraphic transfer (TT). Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the cost of purchase including delivery charges, packing charges, insurance or any other charges that may apply.

 

Warranty

We do not manufacture the products which are published or offered for sales in this website. Thus, we do not offer product warranty, but simply extends the manufacturer’s standard warranty, if any.
